This is yet another energy-driven mix. It’s a fist pumping, party rockin’, hot pop good time. Again, this may not be the most macho or masculine mix, but sometimes in order to drop the inches and pounds, you must drop the ego first. So before you think about lifting a weight, you may want to try the treadmill, the elliptical machine, or Yellowstone National Park while listening to this.
